How do I access my PESO or CSWDO account?
Authorized staff and administrators are assigned credentials by the IT Administrator. Enter your official username or email address and password to sign in.
What is the difference between PESO and CSWDO modules?
PESO handles employment, skills training, SPES, and job matching. CSWDO handles case management, emergency financial assistance, and social welfare programs.
What should I do if my account is locked?
After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, accounts are locked for 15 minutes for security. You can wait for the timer to expire, click "Forgot Password?", or contact your PESO Administrator.
